Supermodel Karlie Kloss teams up with fashion photographer Rory van Millingen for the cover story of CR Fashion Book‘s #10 Paris Tribute edition. In charge of styling was Carine Roitfeld, who for A La Coco session selected looks from top brands such as Chanel, Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci, Celine, Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Gucci, Valentino, and Proenza Schouler among other. Beauty is work of makeup artist Kanako Takase, hair stylist Tina Outen (both at Streeters), and manicurist Mei Kawajiri.
